本アプリは iOS / Android の両プラットフォームで配信されます。本ポリシーは両者を対象とします。 / The App is distributed on both iOS and Android. This Policy covers both platforms.
§A. 日本語 (ja, default)
テイクイットイージー プライバシーポリシー
テイクイットイージー（Take It Easy、以下「本アプリ」）の提供者 HaroWorks（以下「開発者」）は、本アプリで扱う情報を、何のために・どこへ送り・どれだけの期間保存するかを、以下のとおり定めます。
第 1 条 (適用範囲)
本ポリシーは、開発者が Apple App Store および Google Play で配信するモバイルアプリ「テイクイットイージー / Take It Easy」（iOS / Android）のすべての利用者に適用されます。
第 2 条 (アカウント)
本アプリには会員登録・ログインの機能がなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの入力を求めません。
第 3 条 (端末内にのみ保存されるデータ)
次のデータは利用者の端末内にだけ保存し、端末の外へ送りません。
- タイマーの設定（使い方のシーンの名前と作業・休憩の長さ・本数、応援テキストの表示間隔、バイブ・通知・リマインダーの設定、言語、文字盤・色のテーマ・明るさなどの表示）
- 音楽のリンク（利用者が登録した音楽アプリのリンクとその名前、作業・休憩で使うリンクの選択）
- タイマーの状態（実行中のフェーズと終了時刻。アプリを閉じても続きから再開するため）
- 実績（累計の完了本数・累計の作業時間・今日の完了数）
- 表示した応援テキストの記録（同じことばが続かないようにするため）
- オンボーディングの既読などの一度きりの記録
アプリを削除すると、これらのデータは消えます。
第 4 条 (通知)
区切りの通知と日次リマインダーは、端末の中で予約するローカル通知です。通知の内容が開発者や第三者のサーバーを経由することはありません。
第 4 条の 2 (音楽のリンク)
音楽のリンクを押すと、そのリンクを端末の音楽アプリやブラウザで開きます。本アプリが音楽を再生・停止することはありません。開いた先での情報の扱いは、そのアプリやサービスの方針によります。登録したリンクとその名前は、開発者や第三者のサーバーへ送りません。
第 5 条 (利用状況の分析 — Firebase Analytics)
機能の改善のため、Google の Firebase Analytics を使います。本アプリが記録するイベントは次のとおりで、応援テキストの本文や、利用者を特定できる情報は含みません。
phase_start/phase_complete/phase_skip（作業・休憩の種類、長さ（分）、何本目か）settings_change（変えた設定の項目と新しい値。リマインダーの時刻、音楽のリンクとその名前、シーンの名前は送りません。音楽のリンクは登録した数と、作業・休憩で選んでいるかどうかだけを送ります）tip_result（応援チップの段と結果）
あわせて Firebase Analytics は、アプリのインスタンス ID、端末の機種、OS・アプリのバージョン、言語、IP アドレスから推定したおおよその地域（国・地域・都市の単位）、起動・利用時間、アプリの更新、アプリ内課金のイベント（商品 ID・価格）を自動で収集します。開発者はこれらを統計として見るために使います。
本アプリは広告を表示せず、広告 ID を収集しません。Android では広告 ID の権限を宣言せず、Firebase Analytics の広告 ID の収集を無効にしています。iOS ではトラッキングの許可（App Tracking Transparency）を求めないため、IDFA は使われません。
第 6 条 (応援チップ — アプリ内課金)
本アプリには、開発者を応援するためのチップ（消耗型のアプリ内課金。3 段）があります。チップを贈っても機能は変わりません。
- 決済は Apple App Store（iOS）または Google Play（Android）が行い、開発者はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取りません。
- 購入の処理を完了させるため、ストアの購入情報を参照します。購入の記録を端末やサーバーに保存しません。
第 7 条 (第三者への提供)
開発者は利用者の情報を販売しません。次の場合を除き、第三者に提供しません。
- 業務の委託: Google（Firebase）に、開発者の指示の範囲で分析データの処理と保管を任せます。決済は Apple / Google が行います。
- 法令に基づく場合。
第 8 条 (子どもの利用)
本アプリは 13 歳未満の利用者を対象としていません。保護者の方は、13 歳未満の方によるインストール・利用・購入を管理してください。

第 10 条 (データの保管とセキュリティ)
分析データは Google のサーバー（利用者の国の外にある場合があります）で処理・保管されます。通信は暗号化（TLS）されます。
第 11 条 (利用者の権利)
- 端末内のデータは、アプリを削除すると消えます。
- Firebase Analytics のデータは氏名などと結び付かない識別子で保存されるため、開発者が個人を特定して削除できない場合があります。これらは第 9 条の期間が過ぎると削除されます。

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、このページで改定後の内容と最終更新日をお知らせします。
§B. English (en)
Take It Easy Privacy Policy
HaroWorks (“we”) provides the mobile app “Take It Easy” (the “App”). This policy explains what information the App handles, why, where it is sent, and how long it is kept.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all users of the App distributed on the Apple App Store and Google Play (iOS / Android).
2. Accounts
The App has no sign-up or sign-in and never asks for your name, email address, or phone number.
3. Data stored only on your device
The following data is stored only on your device and is never sent off it:
- Timer settings (scene names with their work and break lengths and number of sessions, how often cheer messages change, vibration / notification / reminder settings, language, and display settings such as the timer face, color theme, and appearance)
- Music links (the links from your music app that you save, their names, and which ones you use for focus and breaks)
- Timer state (the current phase and its end time, so the timer resumes after the App is closed)
- Your totals (completed pomodoros, total focus time, today’s count)
- A record of cheer messages already shown (so the same words don’t repeat)
- One-time flags such as having seen the introduction
Deleting the App deletes this data.
4. Notifications
Phase-end notifications and the daily reminder are local notifications scheduled on your device. Their content never passes through our servers or any third party’s.
4-2. Music links
When you tap a music link, the App opens it in your music app or browser on the device. The App never plays or stops music. What happens after that is governed by that app’s or service’s own policy. The links you save and their names are not sent to the developer or any third-party server.
5. Usage analytics — Firebase Analytics
To improve the App, we use Google’s Firebase Analytics. The App records the following events, which contain neither the text of cheer messages nor anything that identifies you:
phase_start/phase_complete/phase_skip(work or break, length in minutes, which session)settings_change(the setting changed and its new value; the reminder time, music links and their names, and scene names are not sent — for music links, only how many you saved and whether one is chosen for focus or breaks)tip_result(the tip tier and its result)
Firebase Analytics also automatically collects the app instance ID, device model, OS and app version, language, approximate location derived from your IP address (country / region / city level), app opens and usage time, app updates, and in-app purchase events (product ID and price). We use this only to view aggregate statistics.
The App shows no ads and does not collect advertising IDs. On Android, the App does not declare the advertising ID permission and turns off advertising ID collection in Firebase Analytics. On iOS, the App never asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency), so the IDFA is not used.
6. Tips — in-app purchases
The App offers tips (consumable in-app purchases in three tiers) to support the developer. Tipping does not change any features.
- Payments are handled by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We never receive your card number or other payment details.
- The App reads store purchase information only to complete the transaction. Purchases are not recorded on your device or on any server.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except:
- Service providers: Google (Firebase) processes and stores analytics data on our instructions. Payments are handled by Apple / Google.
- When required by law.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise installation, use, and purchases by children under 13.
9. Retention

10. Storage and security
Analytics data is processed and stored on Google’s servers, which may be outside your country. All communication is encrypted (TLS).
11. Your rights
- Deleting the App deletes the data on your device.
- Firebase Analytics data is stored under identifiers that are not linked to your name, so we may be unable to identify and delete your data. It is deleted after the period in section 9.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version and its last-updated date on this page.
