§A. 日本語 (ja, default)

連打名人 利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、HaroWorks（以下「開発者」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「連打名人 / Tap Champion」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。個人情報および利用者データの取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

第 1 条 (適用)

  1. 本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する開発者と利用者との間のすべての関係に適用されます。
  2. 本アプリの配信元ストア（Apple App Store / Google Play）が定める規約・ガイドラインも、本アプリの利用に適用されます。本規約とストアの規約が矛盾する場合、当該ストアでの利用についてはストアの規約が優先します。

第 2 条 (アカウントと利用)

  1. 本アプリは、初回起動時に匿名アカウント（匿名認証）を自動的に発行します。会員登録・本人確認は不要です。
  2. 利用者は、本アプリを自己の責任において利用するものとします。
  3. アプリのアンインストール、または匿名アカウントの消失により、ランキング記録・実績等のデータが復元できなくなる場合があります。開発者はこれによる損害について責任を負いません。

第 3 条 (プレイヤー名・表示情報)

  1. 利用者は、設定画面でプレイヤー名・国を設定できます。プレイヤー名および国・スコア・更新日時は、公開ランキングとして他の利用者に表示されます。
  2. 利用者は、次に該当するプレイヤー名を設定してはなりません。
    • 第三者の権利を侵害し、または侵害するおそれのある名称
    • 他者を誹謗中傷し、差別し、または不快にさせる名称
    • わいせつ・暴力的・違法な内容を含む名称
    • 開発者・公式・運営等を装い、または誤認させる名称
    • 第三者の個人情報を含む名称
  3. 開発者は、不適切と判断したプレイヤー名・スコアその他の表示情報を、事前の通知なく変更・削除できます。

第 4 条 (禁止事項)

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. スコアの改ざん、メモリ改変、自動連打ツール・マクロ・ボット等の使用、その他の不正な手段によりランキングのスコアを記録・送信する行為
  3. 本アプリ・バックエンド（サーバー）に対する不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング、解析、過度な負荷をかける行為
  4. Security Rules・サーバー検証を回避し、または回避を試みる行為
  5. 他の利用者または第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
  6. 開発者の運営を妨害し、または信用を毀損する行為
  7. その他、開発者が不適切と合理的に判断する行為

第 5 条 (ランキングの取扱い)

  1. ランキングのスコアはサーバー側で検証され、上限を超えるスコアや期間整合性を欠く送信は受け付けられません。
  2. 開発者は、不正・異常と判断した記録を、事前の通知なく削除・無効化できます。
  3. Daily / Weekly ランキングは一定期間経過後に自動的にリセット・削除されます。All Time ランキングは累積されます。
  4. ランキングは本アプリの娯楽機能であり、その順位・記録について開発者はいかなる保証も行いません。

第 6 条 (広告)

  1. 本アプリは、Google AdMob による広告を表示します。
  2. 広告の内容は広告配信事業者により決定され、開発者はその正確性・適法性・利用者への適合性について責任を負いません。
  3. 広告に関する利用者の同意管理（EEA / 英国等）は、Google UMP を通じて行われます。

第 7 条 (アプリ内課金)

  1. 本アプリは「広告削除」の買い切り課金を提供します。決済は Apple App Store または Google Play を通じて行われます。
  2. 購入・返金・復元の取扱いは、各ストアの規約・ポリシーに従います。返金は原則として各ストアの判断により行われ、開発者は直接の返金対応を行いません。
  3. 「広告削除」は、同一ストア・同一アカウントにおいて購入復元の対象となります。

第 8 条 (知的財産権)

  1. 本アプリおよびこれに関連するプログラム・デザイン・商標・コンテンツに関する一切の権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
  2. 利用者は、本アプリを私的利用の範囲を超えて複製・改変・再配布・公衆送信してはなりません。
  3. 利用者がスコアを SNS 等で共有する行為は、本アプリが提供する共有機能の範囲で許諾されます。

第 9 条 (免責事項)

  1. 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供され、開発者は、特定目的への適合性・正確性・完全性・継続性・無謬性について、明示黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
  2. 開発者は、通信環境・端末・OS・各種外部サービス（Firebase / AdMob / 各ストア等）に起因する不具合、データの消失・破損、ランキングの中断・初期化について責任を負いません。
  3. 開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる利用者の損害について、開発者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
  4. 本アプリはオフラインでプレイできますが、ランキング送信・閲覧には通信が必要です。通信に伴う通信料は利用者の負担とします。

第 10 条 (サービスの変更・中断・終了)

開発者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、提供を一時中断し、または終了することができます。これにより利用者またはバックエンド上のデータが影響を受ける場合があり、開発者はこれによる損害について責任を負いません。

第 11 条 (本規約の変更)

開発者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できます。変更後の規約は、本 HTTPS 公開ページに掲示された時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはリリースノートで通知します。変更後に本アプリを利用した場合、利用者は変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第 12 条 (準拠法・管轄)

  1. 本規約は、日本国の法律に準拠して解釈されます。
  2. 本アプリに関して開発者と利用者の間で生じた紛争については、開発者の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします。

§B. English (en-US)

Tap Champion Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the mobile application “Tap Champion” (the “App”) provided by HaroWorks (the “Developer”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. The handling of personal information and user data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all relations between the Developer and users regarding use of the App.
  2. The terms and guidelines of the distributing store (Apple App Store / Google Play) also apply. Where these Terms conflict with a store’s terms, the store’s terms prevail for use through that store.

Article 2 (Accounts and Use)

  1. The App automatically issues an anonymous account (anonymous authentication) on first launch. No membership registration or identity verification is required.
  2. You use the App at your own responsibility.
  3. Uninstalling the App or losing the anonymous account may make data such as leaderboard records and achievements unrecoverable. The Developer is not liable for any resulting damage.

Article 3 (Player Name and Displayed Information)

  1. You may set your player name and country on the Settings screen. Your player name, country, score, and updated time are displayed to other users on the public leaderboard.
  2. You must not set a player name that:
    • infringes, or may infringe, the rights of any third party;
    • defames, discriminates against, or offends others;
    • contains obscene, violent, or unlawful content;
    • impersonates or may be mistaken for the Developer, official channels, or operators; or
    • contains personal information of a third party.
  3. The Developer may change or remove any player name, score, or other displayed information it deems inappropriate, without prior notice.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

In using the App, you must not:

  1. violate laws or public order and morals;
  2. record or submit leaderboard scores by tampering, memory modification, auto-tap tools, macros, bots, or other illegitimate means;
  3. perform unauthorized access, reverse engineering, analysis, or impose excessive load on the App or its backend (servers);
  4. circumvent or attempt to circumvent Security Rules or server-side validation;
  5. infringe the rights or interests of other users or third parties;
  6. interfere with the Developer’s operations or damage its reputation; or
  7. engage in any other act the Developer reasonably deems inappropriate.

Article 5 (Handling of the Leaderboard)

  1. Leaderboard scores are validated server-side; submissions exceeding the score limit or lacking period consistency are rejected.
  2. The Developer may delete or invalidate any record it deems fraudulent or anomalous, without prior notice.
  3. Daily / Weekly leaderboards are automatically reset and deleted after a period. The All Time leaderboard is cumulative.
  4. The leaderboard is an entertainment feature, and the Developer makes no warranty regarding its ranks or records.

Article 6 (Advertising)

  1. The App displays ads via Google AdMob.
  2. Ad content is determined by the ad networks; the Developer is not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or suitability.
  3. Consent management for ads (EEA / UK, etc.) is handled via Google UMP.

Article 7 (In-App Purchases)

  1. The App offers a one-time “Remove ads” purchase. Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Purchases, refunds, and restorations follow each store’s terms and policies. Refunds are, in principle, at the discretion of each store; the Developer does not handle refunds directly.
  3. “Remove ads” is eligible for purchase restoration within the same store and account.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All rights in the App and its related programs, designs, trademarks, and content belong to the Developer or the rightful owners.
  2. You must not copy, modify, redistribute, or publicly transmit the App beyond the scope of private use.
  3. Sharing your score on social media is permitted within the scope of the App’s share feature.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The App is provided “as is,” and the Developer makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, continuity, or freedom from error.
  2. The Developer is not liable for defects, data loss or corruption, or leaderboard interruption or reset arising from network conditions, devices, OS, or external services (Firebase / AdMob / the stores, etc.).
  3. Except in cases of the Developer’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Developer is not liable for damage arising from use or inability to use the App.
  4. The App can be played offline, but submitting and viewing the leaderboard requires a network connection. You bear any associated data charges.

Article 10 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service)

The Developer may, without prior notice, change the App’s content, temporarily suspend it, or terminate it. This may affect your data or data on the backend, and the Developer is not liable for any resulting damage.

Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)

The Developer may amend these Terms when it deems necessary. Amended Terms take effect once posted on this HTTPS page. Material changes will additionally be communicated via in-app notifications or release notes. Using the App after a change constitutes agreement to the amended Terms.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any dispute between the Developer and a user regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the Developer’s location as the court of first instance.
